"Am infiintat aceasta linie telefonica pentru ca vrem sa aflam mai repede atat problemele pacientilor, cat si ale celor care lucreaza in sistemul medical. Vrem sa sune si omul care a stat la coada o ora-doua desi nu se mai putea tine pe picioare, dar si medicul care vede 50 de pacienti pe zi si nu-si mai vede capul de treaba. Dar nu e o linie de para, e o linie de idei", a precizat Ion Bazac.

Linia telefonica gratuita va fi deservita de o echipa operativa din minister care va inregistra apelurile si va selecta problemele in functie de specific, pentru a fi ulterior transmise directiilor specializate.
